1. Application & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of goods (including eyewear, hand fans, mobile covers, smartwatches, earbuds, power banks, chargers, and accessories) sold by Styleza Spark through our website (www.stylezaspark.com) to consumers in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Contract Formation & Acceptance

When you place an order through our online checkout, you are making a legal offer to buy goods from us. You will receive an automated "Order Acknowledgement" email summarizing your purchase. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute legally binding acceptance of your order.

A binding contract between you and Styleza Spark is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a formal "Shipping Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to decline an order prior to dispatch if an item is out of stock, if an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP). Where applicable under UK tax regulations, prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed product price and will be clearly calculated and added to your total at checkout before you submit your payment.

We take reasonable care to ensure all prices are correct. However, if we discover a genuine typographical or electronic pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, dimensions, and technical features (such as battery capacity for power banks or screen resolution for smartwatches) as accurately as possible. Under Section 11 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied must match the description provided. However, please note that slight variations in color reproduction may occur depending on your device's screen calibration.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Styleza Spark website—including but not limited to the brand logo, text, graphics, product photography, UI design, software, and custom code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Styleza Spark and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit any material from our website without our express written permission.

6. Statutory Rights & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, nor does it exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Styleza Spark shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential business losses (including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products, as our goods are supplied strictly for domestic and private consumer use.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or contractual claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and Styleza Spark irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of your purchase or use of our website. If you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local statutory courts.
